How It Works

East Cobb’s Best Remodeling has a simple process when it comes to renovation. Our authentic method is designed to flow with ease taking you from our initial consultation to the final walkthrough.

Follow our remodeling process below as we take you step by step, from your initial booked appointment, all the way through completion.

The East Cobb’s Best Remodeling Team is efficient and thorough during the entire process in order to insure satisfied customers.

Book A Free Estimate Appointment

Whether giving us a call or sending an email request you’ll be greeted by our friendly office staff to schedule your estimate. Please be prepared to provide the following information when scheduling:
*Name/Email/Phone #
*Exact location and address of project. If your location is a new build or gated community, please provide adequate directions and instructions for our team to enter.
*Your current availability (Typically we schedule estimate appointments between 9am-12pm). Once you have scheduled a time and date, you will receive a confirmation email through our BuilderTrend network. Before the initial appointment, you will also receive a reminder email about 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Project Estimation

Meet with our Project Manager/Estimator to analyze your remodeling project in detail, discuss potential scope of work, and desired level of product selection. You should expect to receive your project estimate via email no less than ONE week after your scheduled site visit.

Project Consultation/Design Consultation

Upon agreement of your initial estimate, our Project Manager will do a site visit to sit down with you and go over specifics of budget, products, and overall needs and expectations of the project. We will also begin to discuss the permitting process (if applicable) and project timeline. *Note: based on the scope of your project, we might require 2-3 site visits before contract is finalized and project is initiated. If necessary, we will have one of our design architects and/or interior designers scheduled to meet with you individually and provide plans to facilitate the project (Homeowner is subject to a separate architectural/drawing fee at discretion of designer.)

Preconstruction & Contract Consultation

Review scope of work, product selection, timeline & solidify and sign contract with Project Manager.

Project Initiation

Once the necessary planning and postproduction is complete and contract is signed, the remodeling project begins! Our Supervisor will be your main point of contact during this time. Note*We require first payment installment NO LATER than first day of project initiation.

Watch Transformation

Piece by piece, East Cobb’s Best Remodeling turns your dreams into reality. Sit back, (try to) relax, and watch as we do what we do best! During this time you will be communicating mainly with our Project Engineer. Our Project Engineer and Manager will do routine site visits during this time to insure project is on schedule and running smoothly.

Final Walkthrough & Contract Finalization

As your project comes to a close, we will have our Project Engineer and Project Manager perform site visits to insure your final outcome is to your satisfaction. We will perform a final “punch-out” list followed by a final “walk-through”. Note* We require the last payment at the end of the final walk-through.

Project Completion

THAT’S IT! You can now enjoy your newly remodeled home, renovations, or property investment. Don’t forget to refer us to your friends and family!
